Vital Signs

The Vital Signs link opens the NTS Vital Signs template where you can view the patient’s vital signs in the grid. From this grid, you can add, edit, or remove vital signs as needed. NTS Vital Signs template Add Vital Signs Parent topic: Objective Panel

Add Vital Signs

Select the Vital Signs link. Select the Add button to open the Vital Signs template. Here you can capture the patient’s height, weight, BP, pulse, and so on. Vital Signs template Enter data in the applicable fields. Select Save to save data you have entered. Select Close. The vitals are shown in the grid on the NTS Vital Signs template. Speech Objective Panel

The Speech Objective panel has sections for Exams, Goals, Comments, Treatment, and Notes. You can also document vital signs for the patient here. Add Vital Signs

Select the Vital Signs link. The NTS Vital Signs template opens. Select the Add button to open the Vital Signs template. Here you can capture the patient’s height, weight, BP, pulse, and so on. You can view vital signs in graph format. Click the Graph link next to the Vitals grid.
