Sign Off

The visit type selected determines which sign off boxes appear at the bottom of the template below the panels. Each sign off checkbox is tied to specific security groups as configured in the System Configuration system template.

Upon submission of the Fee sheet, the system automatically marks the sign off checkbox for the Audiologist or Supervising Audiologist.

If your system is configured to require a supervising signature, then a New Grad or Student will not be able to submit billing. They will be instructed to sign off on the Single Visit template. Upon signoff, a task is sent to the supervising audiologist to let them know that there is a chart ready for review. When they review and submit charges, the Supervising Audiologist Sign off checkbox is automatically marked as signed off.
