User Defined Signoff

Use this section to configure additional sign-off options to suit the needs of your practice. There are four user-configurable signature fields.
  1. Select a row in the grid.
  2. Enter the label that you want to see for the checkbox on Single Visit (for example, Additional Therapist, External Physician, Ordering Physician, or Treatment Coordinator).

  3. If you want the document to show a heading above that signer’s name, enter it in the field below the Doc Header column.
  4. Assign permission based on the signoff rights at the top of the NTS System Config template. You can select 'ALL'.
  5. Use the Yes checkbox below the Generate Doc column to specify if you would like new documents to be generated when that sign off checkbox is checked.
  6. If you want a task to fire upon signoff, to let additional users know the document is ready for them to review and sign, choose the corresponding User Signoff task. Those tasks are set up on the NTS Tasking Manager template.
  7. Select Update.
