Document a Speech Therapy Health Promotion Plan
You can document screening and follow-up plans of care for the following: BMI, depression, and hypertension health promotion plans Pain management and fall risk plans of care Functional status Note: You can customize the Health Promotion Plan template in NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. For more information, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine Health Promotion Plan Quick Reference Guide. Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter. Open the NTS Speech Single Visit template associated with the encounter, and then expand the Plan panel. Select the Health Promotion Plan link, and then document the plan in one or more of the following panels of the Health Promotion Plan window: Health Promotion Plan (used for BMI, depression, or hypertension) Pain Management Fall Risk Functional and Cognitive Assessment Status Note: The Screening Tools/Follow-Up Plans of Care panel displays
