The last three months messages are displayed by default.
On the main toolbar, select the Inbox button.
The Workflow window opens.
Select the Patient Portal tab.
The Communications, Prescriptions, Appointments, and Online Forms folders appear in the left pane. The messages appear in the right pane.
Optional: To view all the communication sent and received for the selected patient, select Patient-Specific View.
Note: The count of unread or unsent messages in the Communications, Prescriptions, and Appointments folders refreshes every time you switch between full view and patient-specific view.
To view specific timeline messages that are older than three months, select from the Display list.
Note: The Display filter list is not available for the Drafts and Scheduled folders under Communications.
