Front Desk Workflow

The purpose of the front desk workflow is to have a way to view and add patient information from NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates without having to go to NextGen® Enterprise PM. It also provides a final check to make sure all pertinent patient information is entered before the patient sees the provider.

The front desk workflow consists of the following templates:
  • Check In
  • Demographics
  • HIPAA
  • Clinical 2
  • Finalize Visit
  • Check Out
  • Forms Work Log
