FD Worklog Template

The FD Worklog is a system-level template. It tracks any forms for all patients entered from the HIPAA template in the forms tracking grid. This allows multiple users to see the status of different patient forms, even if a user is not the one who initiated or added the form.

You can filter the grid for Completed Forms or Declined Forms, using the options at the top.
