Delete an Entry from the Worklog
Click File > System/Practice Template > System tab. Select the All option and select IORTSforms Worklog. On the FD Worklog system template, select a row in the grid. Click Delete. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes. The entry is removed. Parent topic: FD Worklog Template

FD Worklog Template
The FD Worklog is a system-level template. It tracks any forms for all patients entered from the HIPAA template in the forms tracking grid. This allows multiple users to see the status of different patient forms, even if a user is not the one who initiated or added the form. You can filter the grid for Completed Forms or Declined Forms, using the options at the top. Track Forms
Double-click in the Forms Tracking grid to open the Patient Request for Form Completion template. Patient Request for Form Completion template Enter in information regarding the type of form, number of pages, whether, how, and when it was received, and to whom it was sent. Use the check boxes to track attempts made to contact the patient. Fill in the fields for the names and addresses to where the form was returned. Click Add to Worklog to add the form to the forms worklog for staff members to work off and keep track of the process. Enter notes about a form, as needed, in the Notes field. Select Template Complete when the form has been completed. Click Save, and click Close. Parent topic: Forms Tracking

Complete the Return to Work Form
Use the Return to Work template to create a detailed return to work note/or document. The Return to Work template has four panels, each with several check boxes. Click the Forms link, and double-click Return to Work from the list. The Return to Work template opens. Return to Work template In the Diagnosis grid, select a diagnosis. In the Surgery grid, select a procedure. Enter in Return status, Work Restrictions, and General Restrictions by selecting check boxes in the appropriate panels. Select the Done check box to sign off. View or Update a Worklog Entry
You can add a new worklog entry, or open one to view and update patient information details. From the Home template, click the Pre Reg link. Select a patient row, right-click, and select Open. The Coordinator Tasks window opens. Coordinator Tasks window Add or update any information as needed. Enter any Notes for other schedulers/coordinators. Click Save. Add Additional Detail to an Entry
Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Functional Status Summary tab, expand the Functional Status Summary panel. Right-click the corresponding entry and select Open.The Care Management Note template opens. Type additional notes in the Details text box. Select Save, then Close, or use the arrows to advance to the next row/last row. Parent topic: Functional Status Tab
