Once all the quantities have been adjusted on the spreadsheet, and it’s been saved to the file folder as a Tab delimited, the inventory can be re-imported to automatically adjust existing quantities.
Open the Inventory Management template.
Select the Mass Inventory Update button to launch the MLTS inv Imp Exp Config template.
Enter the inventory txt file name into the Import Filename field.
Select the Load button.
The inventory uploads to the grid. Medications with adjusted quantities appear at the top.
