Update an Adjusted Medication
Once the grid loads with the medication and adjusted quantities, you can update the quantity before sending it to the main inventory grid. Select the medication from the grid. The number in the New Qty column into the New Quantity field below the grid. Change the quantity in the New Quantity field. Select Update. Parent topic: Import Inventory Adjustments

Send Adjusted Medication Quantities to the Main Inventory
Once the adjusted quantities are loaded into the grid and no further adjustments are needed, the updated quantities need to be updated in the main inventory grid. Select the Adjust Quantity button. This pushes all changes to the Inventory grid. An alert asks if you are ready to adjust inventory quantities. Select Yes. The new quantities are adjusted in the main inventory grid and no longer appear on the MLTS inv Imp Exp Config template. Select Save & Close to return to the Inventory Management template. The adjustments made with the Mass Inventory Update feature appear in the Transaction log and Transaction reports as ADJ4. Parent topic: Import Inventory Adjustments

Remove a Medication Quantity from the Picklist
To remove a medication quantity from the Medication Quantity Picklist, select the quantity in the grid and select Delete. Parent topic: Medication Quantity Picklists

Import Inventory Adjustments
Once all the quantities have been adjusted on the spreadsheet, and it’s been saved to the file folder as a Tab delimited, the inventory can be re-imported to automatically adjust existing quantities. Open the Inventory Management template. Select the Mass Inventory Update button to launch the MLTS inv Imp Exp Config template. Enter the inventory txt file name into the Import Filename field. Select the Load button. The inventory uploads to the grid. Medications with adjusted quantities appear at the top. Adjust Medications
You can adjust the quantity of non-vaccine medications in the medication inventory. On the Inventory Management template, expand the Medication Inventory panel. Select the Adjust option below the medication grid. The fields below the medication grid, except the Qty field, are disabled for editing. The Reason for Adjustment field and Adjust Quantity button appear below the medication grid. Filter the medications displayed in the grid for selecting the desired medication. Select the medication to be adjusted from the medication grid. The following fields are automatically filled based on the selected medication. Source Drug Name Manufacturer NDC Lot# JCode Unit Type Expiration Dt Barcode In the Qty field, enter the quantity to be adjusted in the inventory. Note: To adjust the quantity by a negative amount, you can add a negative sign to the quantity. Select the Reason for Adjustment field, select a reason from the adjustment window, and then select OK. Deactivate a Medication
Open the Medication Configuration template. Expand the Medication Dispensing Inventory panel. Select the medication in the grid. The medication information appears in the fields. Select the Inactive check box. Medication Dispensing Inventory panel Select Update. The medication disappears from the grid. In Status, select All.
