Use the Mass Inventory Update button to manage complete inventory data through the use of a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
 The main steps in this process are:
 
  - Export your inventory to an excel spreadsheet.
 
  - Update medication quantities in the spreadsheet.
 
  - Import the updated spreadsheet to update the medications quantities in inventory.
 
 
 Note: We recommend that you store the exported reports and files in a location that the database server can access, such as the NextGen EMR folder. This is detailed further in the workflow below.
