The Workflow module enables you to manage workflow delegates and out-of-the-office statuses as a user, provider, or administrator.
If you are set up as the workflow delegate for someone, you can view and work on tasks assigned to that person. To access those tasks, you can log on with your own credentials, open your inbox, and then select the person you are delegated to from the provider list. You can choose to be notified when the provider or user you are the delegate for is out of the office.
Note: A patient Inclusion or Exclusion list may restrict your access to tasks in the Workflow module. If you are a workflow delegate for another user or provider, you may not be able to access the same patient's tasks as that person.
If you do not have access to a patient, a
