Assign Delegates as a User

You can assign delegates to act on your behalf on a daily basis or only when you are out of the office. Your assigned delegates can sign off and also, complete your workflow and NextGen® PxP Portal tasks.
  1. From the Admin menu, select Work Flow Manager and then User.
    The Work Flow Manager: User window opens.

    Your name appears as the user. The In the Office status is selected by default.

  2. If you are not in the office, select Out of the Office. You can also set up a schedule for your out-of-the-office time.
  3. Delegate your workflow tasks.
