You can assign delegates to act on your behalf on a daily basis or only when you are out of the office. Your delegates can sign off or reject PAQ items or sign off and also, complete your workflow and NextGen® PxP Portal tasks.
 
 
  - From the Admin menu, select Work Flow Manager, and then Provider.
   
    The 
Work Flow Manager: Provider window opens. 
    
    Your name appears as the provider. The In the Office status is selected by default.
    
  - If you are not in the office, select Out of the Office. You can also set up a schedule for your out-of-the-office time.
 
  - Delegate your PAQ tasks and your workflow tasks.
