Delegates for Out of Office User
If the NextGen® PxP Portal option is selected for a delegate of an out of office user, the delegate can perform the following on behalf of the out-of-office user:
- View and manage messages of the out-of-office user.
- If you are a delegate for an out-of-office user who is part of a routing policy, you can log on as the delegate and accept, release, and reassign messages from the inbox of the out-of-office user. When you accept a message as a delegate, you become the owner of the message, and not the out-of-office user.
