Schedule Out of the Office Time

You can set up a date range or recurring days of the week when you are out of the office. If you are an administrator, you can set the out of the office schedule for a provider or user.
  1. Access the Work Flow Manager window as a user, provider, or administrator.
  2. In the Office Status section, select the Scheduled option.
    The Scheduled Out of Office window opens.

    The window lists any previously scheduled out of the office dates and times.

  3. To schedule a new out-of-the-office date range, do the following:
    1. Select the Starting and Ending dates and times.
      • To select the date, select Calendar.
      • Select the time using the up and down arrows, or select the All day event check box.
    2. Select Add.
    The newly scheduled dates and times are listed.
  4. To update an existing out of the office date range:
    1. Select the schedule in the grid.
    2. Select the new Starting and Ending dates and times, do the following:
      • To select the date, select Calendar.
      • Select the time using the up and down arrows, or select the All day event check box.
    3. Select Update to revise the previous dates and times.
  5. To remove an existing out of the office date range:
    1. Select the schedule in the grid.
    2. Select Remove.
  6. To schedule the regular out of the office days each week, select the check box for each day in the Recur Every section.
  7. Select OK to save the schedule.
