Enable Out-of-the-Office Delegate Notification

You can enable or disable the delegate's notification when the user or provider is out of the office.
  1. Log on to NextGen® Enterprise, if you are a delegate for a provider or user who is out of the office.
    The Work Flow Manager: Delegate Notification window opens.

  2. To stop this message from appearing when you log on, select the Don't show delegate notifications check box.
  3. To set up user preferences to enable the notification, from the Tools menu, select Preferences, and then clear the Receive Out of Office Notifications check box under the General tab. Select the Receive Out of Office Notifications check box to disable the notification.
