You can set up a date range or recurring days of the week when you are out of the office. If you are an administrator, you can set the out of the office schedule for a provider or user.
 
 
  - Access the Work Flow Manager window as a user, provider, or administrator.
 
  - In the Office Status section, select the Scheduled option.
   
    The 
Scheduled Out of Office window opens. 
    
    The window lists any previously scheduled out of the office dates and times.
    
  - To schedule a new out-of-the-office date range, do the following:
   
    - Select the Starting and Ending dates and times.
     
      
       - To select the date, select Calendar.
 
       - Select the time using the up and down arrows, or select the All day event check box.
 
      
       
    - Select Add.
 
   
   
    The newly scheduled dates and times are listed.
   
 
  - To update an existing out of the office date range:
   
    - Select the schedule in the grid.
 
    - Select the new Starting and Ending dates and times, do the following:
     
      
       - To select the date, select Calendar.
 
       - Select the time using the up and down arrows, or select the All day event check box.
 
      
       
    - Select Update to revise the previous dates and times.
 
   
 
  - To remove an existing out of the office date range:
   
    - Select the schedule in the grid.
 
    - Select Remove.
 
   
 
  - To schedule the regular out of the office days each week, select the check box for each day in the Recur Every section.
 
  - Select OK to save the schedule.
