Change Status of the Existing Task
- Select the Enable grid row select to change the status checkbox.
The Update and Remove buttons are not available.
- Select the applicable task in the grid.
The Status column in the grid displays Completed for the selected task. If you select the same task in the grid again, the status changes to Not applicable. If you select the task for the third time, the Status column clears the status.
- To manually select the status of a task in the grid,
- Clear the Enable grid row select to change the status checkbox.
The Update and Remove buttons activate.
- Select a task in the grid.
The task details appear in the corresponding fields above the grid.
- Select Status and select the appropriate status.
- Select Update.
The Status column in the grid with the selected status.
- Clear the Enable grid row select to change the status checkbox.
- To remove task details from the grid, select a row in the grid and select Remove.
- After you complete changing the status of the task, select the Sign off checkbox.
The Completed by field appears with the user name logged on to the system. The Date and Time fields appears with current date and time of the sign off.
