Select a task to be modified in the grid.
The fields above the grid with the task details.
Make relevant changes in the applicable fields.
Select
Update

The modified data updates in the grid.
After you complete modifying tasks, select the
Sign off
checkbox.
The
Completed by
field appears with the user name logged on to the system.
The
Date
and
Time
fields appear with the current date and time of the sign off.

Change Status of the Existing Task
Select the Enable grid row select to change the status checkbox.The Update and Remove buttons are not available. Select the applicable task in the grid.The Status column in the grid displays Completed for the selected task. If you select the same task in the grid again, the status changes to Not applicable. If you select the task for the third time, the Status column clears the status. To manually select the status of a task in the grid, Clear the Enable grid row select to change the status checkbox.The Update and Remove buttons activate. Select a task in the grid. The task details appear in the corresponding fields above the grid. Select Status and select the appropriate status. Select Update.The Status column in the grid with the selected status. To remove task details from the grid, select a row in the grid and select Remove. After you complete changing the status of the task, select the Sign off checkbox.The Completed by field appears with the user name logged on to the system. The

Add a New task
Select the Section field and select a section from the list.If the options in the list are not appropriate for selection, double-click the top-blank row in the list and enter a section in the Section field. Enter a Task for the patient. Select Status and select the status of the task. Select Add.The new task appears in the grid. Select Clear to clear the data from the fields without saving into the grid. To filter the tasks based on the sections, select Section and select a section from the list.The tasks associated with the selected section appear in the grid. After you complete adding tasks, select the Sign off checkbox.The Completed by field appears with the user name logged on to the system. Edit Pre-Admisson Chart Check Tasks
On the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template , Pre Admission Chart Check panel, select a row in the grid. The fields above the grid populate with the corresponding data. Modify a Record in the Grid

Perform a Follow-up on the Interview Questions Panel
In the Interview Questions panel, the clinical support staff performs a follow-up on the flagged questions. For information on follow-up questions, see Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template. In the Interview Questions panel, select the applicable or flagged question. The selected question appears in the Question field and the answers configured for the selected question appear in the Answer field. Note: If the scheduler has addressed the selected question on the ASC - Scheduling Question template, an asterisk (*) appears next to the selected answer in the Answer field. If applicable, select or modify the answer for the question.The selected answer appears in the grid. If configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, an alert message appears for the appropriate action. Select Save & Next. Select a row in the grid.The fields above the grid appears with the corresponding data. Make relevant changes in the applicable fields. Select Update.The modified data updates in the grid.
