Document Information on the Individuals Participating in Administering the Procedure
Select Add to open the ASC Additional Personnel template. ASC Additional Personnel Select Position and select the appropriate role of the person from the list.If the options in the list are not appropriate for selection, select the top-blank line in the list and enter the appropriate value in the Position field. Select Name and select the name of the individual in the position from the list.You can select the top-blank row in the list to enter the appropriate name in the Name field. Select Stage and select the procedure stage the selected individual will be involved in.The left and the right arrows at the bottom of the ASC Additional Personnel template are used to go to the previous and the next available entries respectively. You can select the label Entry and select the required entry from the list. To add a new entry, select the Add New button. The existing data clears from the fields for a new entry. Update IV Details
You can modify the IV insertion or removal details or the IV fluid details in the IV panel. In the IV panel, select the Insertion/Removal or IV fluid option.The corresponding records appear in the grid. Highlight a row in the grid and select Edit.The ASC IV template opens. The data appears in the corresponding fields. Make relevant changes in the applicable fields. Select Save & Close.The modified data updates in the grid. Modify the Pre-Procedure Prep Details
Select a row in the grid.The fields above the grid appears with the corresponding data. Make relevant changes in the applicable fields. Select Update.The modified data updates in the grid. Update Documented Data in the Documentation Panel
In the Documentation panel, select a row in the grid. Select Edit to open the ASC Procedure Documentation template. Make the required changes by selecting any of the sections in the left pane, and then updating the selections in the grid.The selected values update to the field below the View label. Select Save & Close.The modified record updates in the Documentation panel grid. To delete a procedure documentation record, highlight a row in the Documentation panel grid and select Remove. If you want to save the documented values as the default template, select the Quick Save button and enter a default set name for the template.
