The one-click reconciliation feature enables you to import data from within the Custom View tab for the CDA that is currently open. This feature satisfies Meaningful Use Stage 3 rule §170.315(b)(2), "Clinical Information Reconciliation," including the ability to
- Simultaneously display the data from an external system and existing data in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Create a single reconciled list for each clinical data category, including medications, medication allergies, and problems.
- Review and validate the accuracy of a final set of data.
The Custom View displays a 
(reconcile) button next to each section heading and each individual item that is eligible for import. By hovering or clicking this button, you can open the one-click reconciliation window and confirm the import of selected items.
The one-click reconciliation feature does not replace the full Clinical Reconciliation module, which continues to be available on the Import tab. One-click reconciliation is suitable for use if:
- You want to reconcile items for a single CDA.
- You are not interested in replacing or deleting any previously imported items.
Note: The one-click reconciliation feature is available only when the CDA Viewer is opened from the Categories tab, in NextGen® Enterprise EHR or from the Clinical Reconciliation module. This feature is not available when the CDA Viewer was opened from other locations such as the NextGen® Clinical Message Manager, the Provider Approval Queue, or a Preview button in the Data Share module or the Medical Summary Utility.
