Resolve Duplicate Items

If an item that you selected for import resembles an item that is already present in NextGen® Enterprise EHR, a Potential Duplication message appears.

  1. Either select Yes to add the item or select No to reset the item's action to Ignore.
    The application processes the selected changes and displays a message that the selected changes were saved successfully.
  2. Select OK to acknowledge the message.
  3. Review the changes in the appropriate NextGen® Enterprise EHR clinical module and make any changes as needed.
