Appointment Reminder Letter Name	Indicates the appointment reminder letter name that you want the job to use.
Future Appointment Date From/To	Indicates the From and To date to set the appointment date range within which the job automatically generates appointment reminders.
Appointment Resource	Indicates one or more resources to apply to the job.
Appointment Event	Indicates one or more events to apply to the job.
Appointment Location	Indicates one or more Service Locations to apply to the job.
Include Expired Patients?	Indicates whether you want the job to include expired patients or not.
Update "Last Reminder Printed" Date?	Indicates whether you want the job to update the "Last Reminder Printed Date" in NextGen® Enterprise PM with the date that the appointment reminder job processed.
Upload Export File To NextGenEDI?	Indicates whether you want to upload the appointment reminder export file to NextGen® EDI.
Job runtime alert setting (minutes)	Indicates the length of time that must pass before the application issues a runtime alert.
Job runtime alert email	Indicates the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert.

You can create the job to download and export the report by configuring the fields as described in the following table: Field Description Destination Directory Indicates the directory on the computer where you want to store the downloaded files. Archive Files? Indicates if you want the downloaded files to be archived. Job runtime alert settings (minutes) Indicates the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email. Job runtime alert email Indicates the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert. The NextGen EDI File Download process downloads the following reports: C - Confirmation reports D - EOD posting files Q - Bad address reports F - Fast forward reports A - APC file reports E - Eligibility files S - Statement files The messaging reports (V-Files) are removed in the process to reduce the malfunction in NextGen® Enterprise PM. The Account Collection Letters job will nightly process the account collection letter and prints or exports it in the specified location. You can create the job to download and export the letter by configuring the fields as described in the following table. You can create a job in NextGen® Background Business Processor that sets the runtime alert the RTS Reconciliation Report response. Configure the following fields: Field Description Job runtime alert setting (minutes) If you indicated that you want the Eligibility Responses report sent to the printer, identify the printer you want to use.
