Update "Collection Letter Sent" Date	Indicate whether you want the job to update the 'Collection Letter Sent' date when it executes.
Upload Export File To NextGenEDI?	Indicates whether you want to upload the account collection letter export file to NextGen® EDI.
Job runtime alert setting (minutes)	Indicates the length of time that must pass before the application issues a runtime alert.
Job runtime alert email	Indicates the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert.

Encounter Collection Letters Job

The Encounter Collection Letters job will nightly process the account collection letter and prints or exports it in the specified location. You can create the job to download and export the letter by configuring the fields as described in the following table. Field Description Collection Letter Action Indicates whether you want to print or export the encounter collection letters. You can create the job to download and export the report by configuring the fields as described in the following table: Field Description Destination Directory Indicates the directory on the computer where you want to store the downloaded files. Archive Files? Indicates if you want the downloaded files to be archived. Job runtime alert settings (minutes) Indicates the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email. Appointment Reminder Job

You can create the job to download and print or export the appointment reminder letters by configuring the fields as described in the following table. Field Description Appointment Reminder Action Indicates whether you want to print or export the appointment reminder letters. Appointment Reminder Letter Name Indicates the appointment reminder letter name that you want the job to use. Future Appointment Date From/To Indicates the From and To date to set the appointment date range within which the job automatically generates appointment reminders. Budget Letters Job

You can create the job to process, print, export the different types of budget letters to your computer or the server. Field Description Run Terminate Process? Indicate whether you want to terminate the budget plan for the patients associated with the job. When a budget plan is terminated: The encounters are automatically pre-listed. The encounters are reset to non-budget. These encounters are also pre-listed for bad debt to the agency selected in the Budget Letters window. The account is flagged to produce a statement on the next statement run. Default Collection Agency Indicates the collection agency that you want to apply to the job. Update Budget Dates? Statements Job

You can create a job to generate and export statements. Warning: If a Statements job fails to export the file, NextGen® Background Business Processor does not export the statement file, even if it looks acceptable. When a Statements export job fails, it is probable that NextGen® Background Business Processor has not updated the Next Statement Dates. This could result in duplicate statements in the next statement run. Configure the following fields: Field Description Statement Action Indicates whether you want to print or export the statement. Require Account Minimum Statement Amount Indicates the account minimum statement amount to display on the statements. You can create the job to download and export the claim status report by configuring the fields as described in the following table. Field Description Claim Request Create Date From/To Indicates the date range for future appointments that you what the job to cover.
