Claim Status Requests Job
You can create the job to download and export the claim status report by configuring the fields as described in the following table.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Claim Request Create Date From/To | Indicates the date range for future appointments that you what the job to cover. |
Financial Class | Indicates the financial class that you want to restrict the eligibility requests job to. |
Service Location | Indicates the service location of the practice to which you want to restrict the eligibility requests job. |
Claim Type | Indicates the claim types that you want to include with the job. |
Payer | Indicates the payer associated with the claim. |
Media Type | Indicates one of the following type for claims:

Aged Days Without Payment | Enter the number of days without payment that you want the job |
Claim Status Report: Printer Name | If you indicated that you want the claim status report sent to the printer, identify the printer you want to use. You can also apply the following settings to the printer:

Claim Status Report: Export Format | If you indicated that you want the claim status report exported, identify the file format you want the job to use. |
Claim Status Report: Export File Name | If you indicated that you want the Claim Status report exported, enter the file name for the exported file that you want the job to use. You can include a date part or counter token in the file name. Tokens are variables that the application replaces with the current date and time or an incremental counter value. Claim Status Report: Export Overwrite Option | If you indicated that you want the Claim Status report exported, indicate one of the following:

Claim Status Report: Email Export File To | If you indicated that you want the Claim Status report mailed, you can set NextGen® Background Business Processor to send a copy of the report to recipients. Enter the email addresses for the recipients you want to receive the file. Separate each email address by a comma. |
Claim Status Report: Save Snapshot | Indicate whether you want NextGen® Background Business Processor to take a snapshot of the generated report. |
Claim Status Report: Snapshot Name | Indicate the name that you want the application to give to the report snapshot. |
Job runtime alert setting (minutes) | Indicate the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email. |
Job runtime alert email | Enter the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert. |
