Configure Print or Export Settings
In the NextGen® Background Business Processor job, you can configure the Print/Export Settings in the job action.
- On name of the job action, select the ellipsis button.
The Print/Export Settings window opens.
- On the Print/Export Settings window, select one of the following:
- If you want the letters or statements or reports to be printed, select Print - indicate printer name below and then select the printer.
Note: Make sure that the printer name you specify is installed for the user account on the server on which the NextGen® Background Business Processor Engine runs.
- If you want the letters or statements or reports to be exported, select Export - indicate export file name below and then enter the export file name in the location.
- If you want the letters or statements or reports to be printed, select Print - indicate printer name below and then select the printer.
- On the Export file overwrite option list, select one of the following:
- To overwrite an existing export file with the same name when it exports the file, select Use the specified file name (and overwrite the file if it exists).
- To include a date part or counter token in the export file name, select Add a timestamp to the file (filename_yyyymmddhhmmss.ext).
Note: Tokens are variables that the application replaces with the current date and time or an incremental counter value.
- To send a copy of the export file to receipients, enter the email addresses on the E-mail export file to (one or more e-mail addresses separated by commas).
