Field	Description
Source Directory	Indicates the directory that you want the job to poll for new 997 files.
Update Claim Request Acknowledgment Status?	Indicate whether you want the claim request acknowledgment status updated when the job processes.
Claim Acknowledgment Report: Printer Name	If you indicated that you want the Claim Acknowledgment report sent to the printer, identify the printer you want to use. You can also apply the following settings to the printer: Orientation Tray Size Number of copies
Claim Acknowledgment Report: Export Format	If you indicated that you want the Claim Acknowledgment report exported, identify the file format you want the job to use.
Claim Acknowledgment Report: Export File Name	If you indicated that you want the Claim Acknowledgment report exported, enter the file name for the exported file that you want the job to use. You can include a date part or counter token in the file name. Tokens are variables that the application replaces with the current date and time or an incremental counter value. Note: When specifying a network folder location for the export file, use the UNC path (\\SERVER\DRIVE), not the mapped letter (X:\).
Claim Acknowledgment Report: Export Overwrite	If you indicated that you want the Claim Acknowledgment report exported, select one of the following: Use the specified file name (and overwrite the file if it exists) Add a time stamp to the file name (filename_yyyymmddhhmmss.ext)
Claim Acknowledgment Report: E-mail Export File	If you indicated that you want the Claim Acknowledgment report exported, you can set NextGen® Background Business Processor to send a copy of the report to recipients. Enter the email addresses for the recipients you want to receive the file. Separate each email address by a comma.

Claim Acknowledgment Report: Snapshot Name	Indicate the name that you want the application to give to the report snapshot.
Job runtime alert setting (minutes)	Indicate the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email.
