The Memorized Reports job type runs the memorized reports for either NextGen® Enterprise EHR or NextGen® Enterprise PM.
Configure the following fields:
Field | Description |

Memorized Report Name | Indicates the Report Type and the Description as specified in the Memorized Reports window.
Your selection indicates the memorized report that the job runs. The job runs the report for the practices set up in the report itself.

Printer Name | If you indicated that you want the memorized report printed, select the printer to which you want the job to send the report. You can also apply the following settings to the printer:

Export Format | If you indicated that you want the job to generate an output file of the memorized report, select the format that you want to generate the output. This field indicates one of the following:

Export File Name | If you indicated that you want the job to generate an output file of the memorized report, enter the file name you want the job to use for the file it generates. You can include a date part or counter token in the file name. Tokens are variables that the application replaces with the current date and time or an incremental counter value. |
Export Overwrite Option | If you indicated that you want the report exported, indicate one of the following:

Email Export File To | If you indicated that you want the report exported, you can set NextGen® Background Business Processor to send a copy of the report to recipients. Enter the email addresses for the recipients you want to receive the file. Separate each email address by a comma. |
Save Snapshot | Indicates whether you want the application to take a snapshot of the report. |
Snapshot Name | Enter the name that you want the application to give the report snapshot. |
Forms | Select the form to generate multiple forms for different patients whose names are available in the memorized reports.
Select the ellipsis button takes you to the Form Template Lookup window where you can set either of the following:

Forms Printer Name | If you indicated that you want the memorized report printed, select the printer to which you want the job to send the report. You can also apply the following settings to the printer:

Labels | Indicates the label associated with practice. |
Labels Printer Name | If you indicated that you want the memorized report printed, select the printer to which you want the job to send the report. You can also apply the following settings to the printer:

Letters | Letters help you decide on which report to add to which type of letter. The Letters list consists of three letters types, that are:
Under the Appointment Reminder letter type, the following reports can be memorized:

Letters Action | Indicates whether you want to print or export the letters.

Upload Export File To NextGenEDI? | Indicates whether you want the memorized reports to be uploaded to NextGen® EDI. |
Task Type | You can indicate the task type for the task that NextGen® Background Business Processor automatically creates when the memorized report job processes.

Task Status | You can set the task status for the task that NextGen® Background Business Processor automatically creates when the memorized report job processes. The available status settings are:

Task Priority | You can set the task priority for the task that NextGen® Background Business Processor automatically creates when the memorized report job processes. The available priority settings are:
You must select a Task Priority for the in order for tasks to be generated. |
Task Assigned to Users | You can indicate the users to whom the task that NextGen® Background Business Processor automatically creates when the memorized report job processes. |
Task Assigned to Workgroups | You can indicate the workgroups to which the task that NextGen® Background Business Processor automatically creates when the memorized report job processes. |
Task Subject | You can enter the subject for the task that NextGen® Background Business Processor automatically creates when the memorized report job processes. |
Task Details | You can enter details that apply to the task that NextGen® Background Business Processor automatically creates when the memorized report job processes. |
Task Start Date | You can specify the start date for the task that NextGen® Background Business Processor automatically creates when the memorized report is generated.
To specify the start date, select the ellipsis button and configure the start setting on the Indicate Date window.

Job runtime alert setting (minutes) | Select the length of time that must pass before the application issues a runtime alert. |
Job runtime alert email | Enter the email address to which you want the application to send the runtime alert. |
