Budget Statements Job
Configure the following fields:

| Statement Action | Indicates whether you want to print or export the budget statements. |
| Statement Sort By | Indicates the statements to be sorted for the patient information. Indicates one of the following:

| Display Detail Information on Statement | Indicate whether you want to display the detail patient information on the statement. |
| Show Grid Lines | Indicate whether you want the grid lines to display on the statement. |
| Update Budget Dates? | Indicate whether you want the budget dates to be updated. |
| Statement Run Report: Printer Name | If you indicated that you want the Statement Run report printed, select the printer you want the job to send the report to. You can also apply the following settings to the printer:

| Statement Run Report: Export Format | If you indicated that you want the job to generate an output file of the Statement Run report, select the format you want the file to be generated in. |
| Statement Run Report: Export File Name | If you indicated that you want the job to generate an output file of the Statement Run report, select the file name you want the job to use for the file it generates. You can include a date part or counter token in the file name. Tokens are variables that the application replaces with the current date and time or an incremental counter value. |
| Statement Run Report: Export Overwrite Option | If you indicated that you want the Statement Run report exported, select one of the following:

| Statement Run Report: Email Export File To | If you indicated that you want the Statement Run report exported, you can set NextGen® Background Business Processor to send a copy of the report to recipients. Enter the email addresses for the recipients you want to receive the file. Separate each email address by a comma. |
| Statement Run Report: Save Snapshot | Indicate whether you want NextGen® Background Business Processor to take a snapshot of the generated report. |
| Statement Run Report: Snapshot Name | Indicate the name that you want the application to give to the report snapshot. |
| Job runtime alert setting (minutes) | Indicate the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email. |
| Job runtime alert email | Enter the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert. |
Note: You can select the Practices tab, highlight the practices in the Available Practices for which you want the job to execute, and then select the Add button to move those highlighted practices over to the Selected Practices list.
