Account Collection Letters Job

The Account Collection Letters job will nightly process the account collection letter and prints or exports it in the specified location. You can create the job to download and export the letter by configuring the fields as described in the following table. Field Description Collection Letter Action Indicates whether you want to print or export the collection letters. Account Collection Letter Name Indicates the account collection letter you want to apply to the job. This field displays one of the following values: 30-Day Pre Collect 60 Day Pre Collect Past Due Update "Collection Letter Sent" Date Indicate whether you want the job to update the 'Collection Letter Sent' date when it executes. You can create the job to download and export the report by configuring the fields as described in the following table: Field Description Destination Directory Indicates the directory on the computer where you want to store the downloaded files. Archive Files? Indicates if you want the downloaded files to be archived. The following table helps to configure the fields of Unapplied Encounter Credits Job: Field Description Encounter Location Indicate one or more Service Location for which you want to process the unapplied encounter Encounter Rendering Indicate the Encounter Rendering physician for which you want the unapplied encounter credits to be processed.
