You can document the details of procedures performed during the patient encounter.
You can open the Procedures template from the navigation bar by selecting the Procedures link, where you can open several procedure templates associated with various systems.
In addition to documenting the procedure details on the Procedures template, you can do the following:
- Document the pre-procedure care details.
- Document consent details for the procedure using the Consent link.
- Generate and print the procedure consent document to be signed by the person consenting to the procedure.
- Open the Patient Education Browser template to search for and add patient education documents from a library.
- Submit the procedure document for offline generation using Offline Proc Note.
- Generate the procedure document in run time using Preview Proc Note.
