Open the Template for Hysteroscopy, Ablation, or Sterilization Procedures

You can document and bill the Hysteroscopy, Ablation, or Sterilization procedures on the Hysteroscopy - Procedure template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. On the SOAP template, select the Procedures link.
   The Procedures template opens.
3. In Genitourinary, select Hysteroscopy/Ablation/Sterilization.
   The Hysteroscopy - Procedure template opens.
