Document the Post-Procedure Details for Colposcopy

You can document the post-procedure details of a Colposcopy procedure in the Post-Procedure section on the Colposcopy - Procedure template. The Post-Procedure section of the Gyn Colposcopy-Procedure template, enables you to document post-procedure details. The Post-Procedure section of the Colposcopy - Procedure template Open the Colposcopy – Procedure template. In the Post-Procedure section, select the procedure and add any modifiers. In the Pre-Procedure section, enter the details for Date of last Pap, Pap Interpretation, Date of last colposcopy, Biopsy result, HPV test date, HPV details, ECC date, and ECC result. You can document the Colposcopy procedure findings and impression details. You can document the procedure findings in the available fields or using the cervix image in the Findings section. Open the Colposcopy – Procedure template. In the Colposcopy panel, to document the procedure findings using the available fields, do the following: Select the applicable options for Limit of lesion(s), Entire squamocolumnar junctions, and Colposcopy. Select the options in Time (Location) and Description. Note: Description opens a list. If a biopsy is done, you can select the biopsy option along with the clinical findings. Select Add. The Procedures template opens. In Genitourinary, select Colposcopy. The Colposcopy – Procedure template opens.
