Document the Colposcopy Procedure Findings and Impressions

You can document the Colposcopy procedure findings and impression details.

1. Open the Colposcopy – Procedure template.
2. In the Colposcopy panel, to document the procedure findings using the available fields, do the following:
   1. Select the applicable options for Limit of lesion(s), Entire squamocolumnar junctions, and Colposcopy.
   2. Select the options in Time (Location) and Description.
      Note: Description opens a list. If a biopsy is done, you can select the biopsy option along with the clinical findings.
   3. Select Add.
      The data appears in the grid.
3. To document the procedure findings using the cervix image, do the following:
   1. Select the site number on the Cervix image.
   2. Select the appropriate items from the Lesion Description list, and then select Close.
   3. Select Add.
      The data appears in the grid.

      Note: To open the image module and draw directly on the images, you can select the Cervix, Vagina, or Vulva links.
   Note: To update or remove any record from the grid, you can select the data in the grid, and select Update or Clear.
4. Select Impression, and then select an option from the list.
5. Optional: Enter Comments.
   You can also use the My Phrases link to enter any applicable phrases.
