Managing Guests in NextGen Virtual Visits™
NextGen Virtual Visits™ allows you to manage guests within the application and during your virtual visits. When managing NextGen Virtual Visits™ guests, keep the following information in mind:
- Guest RSVP and Response Status: When a guest is added to a patient visit, they can respond or RSVP to an invitation; however, this response is not required to join the visit, nor does it affect the link to join. In addition, if a guest declines, this response does not prevent them from joining if they later change their mind. You can view the response status in the guest panel of NextGen Virtual Visits™.
- Virtual Visit Details Visible to Internal Guests: When an internal guest is invited to a virtual visit in NextGen Virtual Visits™, the visit appears in their Upcoming Visits list, but does not block their schedule in NextGen® Enterprise PM.
