Remove a Guest Before a Virtual Visit

If you or the patient decides that a guest should no longer attend, you can remove the guest before the visit. The guest's link to join the visit becomes not available.
  1. Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select the VisitsVisits icon icon from the main menu.
  2. In the Upcoming tab, select the visit that the guest is associated with.
  3. In the Invited Guest area, select the options menu Options icon located to the right of the guest’s name.
  4. Select Remove Access.
  5. Review the Remove guest message, and then select Yes, Remove.
