If a guest cannot locate their invitation or accidentally deletes it, you can resend their invitation.
- Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select the Visits
icon from the main menu.
- In the Upcoming tab, select the visit the guest is associated with.
- In the Invited Guest area, select the options menu
located to the right of the guest’s name.
- Select Resend communications.
- In the Resend Communications window, select the guest's contact method.
- Select Send.
