Add a Patient Guest Before a Visit

  1. Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select the VisitsVisits icon icon from the main menu.
  2. In the Upcoming tab, select the visit you want to add a guest to.
  3. In the Invited Guests panel, select Add GuestAdd Guest icon.
  4. Select Yes.
  5. In the applicable fields, enter the guest’s First Name, Last Name, and their Relationship to the Patient .
  6. In the How should this guest receive their invite field, select the box next to the preferred way to contact the guest. This method is used to send the invitation to join the visit to the guest.
  7. If the patient has authorized this guest to join the visit, select the Patient (or legal representative) authorized disclosure of visit data to specified guest option.
  8. Select Add.
