An internal guest receives an invitation according to the notification preferences they have set up in their NextGen Virtual Visits™ account. The internal guest can see the visit in the Upcoming Visits list, but their schedule in NextGen® Enterprise PM (if applicable) is not blocked.
- Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select the Visits
icon from the main menu.
- In the Upcoming tab, select the visit you want to add a guest to.
- In the Invited Guests panel, select Add Guest
.
- Select No.
- Enter the provider's First Name and Last Name, and then select Search to search for the provider.
Note: Only one character in each field is required for the system to search. For example, if you enter T for first name and H for last name, then the system results would display any licensed users in your practice that meet the search criteria.
- Select the internal guest with the correct contact information.
- Select Add.
