Add an Internal Guest Before a Visit

An internal guest receives an invitation according to the notification preferences they have set up in their NextGen Virtual Visits™ account. The internal guest can see the visit in the Upcoming Visits list, but their schedule in NextGen® Enterprise PM (if applicable) is not blocked.
  1. Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select the VisitsVisits icon icon from the main menu.
  2. In the Upcoming tab, select the visit you want to add a guest to.
  3. In the Invited Guests panel, select Add GuestAdd Guest icon.
  4. Select No.
  5. Enter the provider's First Name and Last Name, and then select Search to search for the provider.
  6. Select the internal guest with the correct contact information.
  7. Select Add.
