Admit or Deny a Guest Entry into the Virtual Visit
After a guest selects the link in the invitation to join the visit, they enter their first and last name, and then enter a virtual waiting room. You are notified when the guest enters the waiting room. Before admitting the guest, you should always confirm that the patient is comfortable with the guest joining the virtual visit.
- While in the virtual visit room, after you receive a notification that a guest is in the waiting room, select View in the notification or select Participants

- Select Allow to let the guest into the virtual visit or Deny to remove the guest from the visit and turn off their link. The guest cannot rejoin the visit.
