A patient’s Recall Plan can be manually stopped by a user from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM:
  
   - Appointment Book
 
   - Add/Edit Appointment window
 
   - Appointment Lookup window
 
   - Patient Chart > Patient Information Bar
 
   - Patient Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab
 
   - Patient Chart > Encounters tab
 
   - Check-in / Check-out AutoFlow Sequence > Patient Recall
