Stop a Recall Manually

A patient’s Recall Plan can be manually stopped by a user from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM:

  • Appointment Book
  • Add/Edit Appointment window
  • Appointment Lookup window
  • Patient Chart > Patient Information Bar
  • Patient Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab
  • Patient Chart > Encounters tab
  • Check-in / Check-out AutoFlow Sequence > Patient Recall
