Stop Recall Plans from Reports

Recall Plans for patients can be stopped in batch mode from the Patient Recall Report in NextGen® Enterprise PM.

  1. From the Reports menu, select General, and then Patient Recall.
    The NextGen Report Filter window opens.
  2. Filter the report to include the desired patient population and then select OK.
    The Report Preview window opens.
  3. On the report toolbar, select the Stop Recall Plan button.
    The Stop Recall Plans window appears as follows when the Prompt for a reason when a Recall Plan is stopped check box is not enabled in Practice Preferences > Chart.

  4. In the Select Plan To Stop field, select one or more recall plans to be stopped.
  5. In the Select Stop Recall Plan Reason field, select a reason for stopping the recall plan(s).
  6. To save changes and close the window, select OK.
    The following prompt displays: [n] source(s) on this report have an active recall plan(s) of [Recall Plan Name] assigned. Confirm stop of [Recall Plan Name] for [n] source(s)?

  7. To stop recall plans for all patients listed on the report that have an existing active recall of the selected type(s), select Yes.
