Recall Plans for patients can be added or updated in batch mode from the following reports in NextGen® Enterprise PM:
- General > Patient Recall
- General > Patient Chart Demographics
- General > Patient Chart Demographics with Providers
- Daily > Charges
- Daily > Charges By Current User
Patients listed on the report that do not have an active recall of the selected type will get a new recall plan added. Patients listed on the report that do have an active recall of the selected type will get their existing recall plan updated.
Note: Each patient listed on the report is counted as a single “source”. Therefore, if a patient is listed twice on the report, the number of “sources” displayed in the prompts below will be less than number shown on the report.
