Add a Duplicate Recall Plan

A patient can have multiple occurrences of the same recall plan, if needed. For example, a patient may need recalls for two different procedures. A single “Procedure” recall plan can be used for both, each with a different return date, event, resource and/or location. Open the Recall Plan Maintenance window of the patient. In the Available field, select to select a Recall Plan that already exists for the patient. Select a Return Date, Last Date, Event, Resource and Location for the duplicate recall. To save changes and close the window, select OK. The following prompt displays: The selected plan is already active for this patient. Do you want to add this plan to the patient again? Stop Recall Plans from Reports

Recall Plans for patients can be stopped in batch mode from the Patient Recall Report in NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the Reports menu, select General, and then Patient Recall. The NextGen Report Filter window opens. Filter the report to include the desired patient population and then select OK. The Report Preview window opens. On the report toolbar, select the Stop Recall Plan button. The Stop Recall Plans window appears as follows when the Prompt for a reason when a Recall Plan is stopped check box is not enabled in Practice Preferences > Chart. The Stop Recall Plans window appears as follows when the Prompt for a reason when a Recall Plan is stopped check box is enabled in Practice Preferences > Chart: In the Select Plan To Stop field, select one or more recall plans to be stopped. Note: Only those recall plans included on the report are available for selection in this field. In the Select Stop Recall Plan Reason field, select a reason for stopping the recall plan(s). You can add multiple patients to recall plans. In System Administrator, if Access Rights for Chart/Recalls/Tasking is set to No, then you cannot access Recall on the NextGen Care® Population Management Hub toolbar. For more information about setting access permissions to Recall in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest System Administrator Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, do one of the following: From the Cohorts tab, run a report. From the My Lists tab, run a list. From the Appointment Book tab, filter the patients. The patient list appears in the patient grid. In the patient grid, select the check box next to the patient's name. Select Recall. The Recall Plan Maintenance window opens. Under Recall Plan, select the type of recall plan to which you want to add the selected patients. Select Return Date. The Note box contains a statement that states Added from the Patient Manage
