A patient can be placed on a Recall Plan from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM:
  
   - Appointment Book
 
   - Add/Edit Appointment window > Recall/Waitlist tab
 
   - Appointment List/Lookup
 
   - Chart > Patient Information Bar > Recall Plans button
 
   - Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab
 
   - Chart > Encounters tab
 
   - Check-in / Check-out AutoFlow Sequence > Patient Recall
