Add a Recall Plan from the Appointment Lookup Window
On the main toolbar, select the ApptList button. The Appointment Lookup window opens. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria to locate an appointment for the patient. Select Find. Modify a Recall Plan from the Add/Edit Appointment Window
From the Appointment Book, open the patient’s appointment. The Edit Appointment window opens. Select the Recall/Waitlist tab. The Recalls section of the tab displays existing recalls for the patient.
