A patient’s existing Recall Plan can be modified from the following areas in NextGen® Enterprise PM:
- Appointment Book
- Add/Edit Appointment window > Recall/Waitlist tab
- Appointment List/Lookup
- Chart > Patient Information Bar > Recall Plans button
- Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab
- Chart > Encounters tab
- Checkin / Checkout AutoFlow Sequence > Patient Recall
Note: If a patient’s recall plan has been stopped, ether automatically by the system or manually by a user, it cannot be modified.
