Modify Recall Plan

You can modify the Return Date and Last Date, fields in the Edit Recall Plan Window.

You cannot modify the Recall Plan and Recall Every fields.

You can modify the Event, Resource, and Location fields if you have previously selected the Allow Override option in the Recall Plan window in File Maintenance.

In the Edit Recall Pan window, when you select the Messaging Info button to check the messaging information of the recall plan, the Recall Plan Message Information window opens showing the following details:

Return date
Contact sequence
Message schedule date
Message sent date
Message sent method
Message result

Note: You can sort the columns in the Recall Plan Message Information window and also see upto 18 messages at a time.
