Recall Plan Significant Events

Significant Events for recall plans are enabled or disabled from the Admin > Preferences > Significant Events menu in NextGen® Enterprise PM. When enabled, a message is recorded in the Patient Chart > Clinical History/Notes tab > History topic when the event occurs.

Significant Events for Recall Plans include the following:

• Recall Notification Sent To Home Address
• Recall Notification Sent To Patient Portal And Home Address
• Recall Notification Voice Reminder Sent
• Recall Plan Added
• Recall Plan Stopped
• Recall Plan Updated
• Recall Print Date Reset

The Recall Notification Sent To significant events create a record in the patient’s chart when a recall letter is printed/exported.

The Recall Plan significant events create a record in the patient’s chart when a recall plan is added, updated, or stopped.

The Recall Print Date Reset significant event creates records in patient charts when the Print Date is reset for a batch of recall letters in order to reprint/export the batch.
